Choose a set you can judge
Start with one character and two props that belong in the same scene. Describe their names, camera view, canvas, transparency and intended gameplay size. A small set makes it easier to see where the direction works.
Add a reference and say what it should guide. A palette reference is not necessarily a shape reference. Save that distinction so later requests keep the intended context.
Budget for refinement
Review the quote before generation. Keep some of the available credits for a correction or a variant. Generated work uses credits even if you decide not to approve it.
If the browser closes, return to the original project. Inspect saved output and pending work before requesting a replacement.
Inspect the family together
Compare the character and props at their actual in-game scale. Check silhouette, palette, lighting, padding and transparency. Give concrete feedback on a specific asset.
Approve the version you want to keep. Later edits preserve history, so review the new result before replacing the approved selection.
Test the downloaded files
Create an export from the approved selections. Inspect the file list and manifest, then import the pack into a small scene in your target engine. This checks the handoff before the project grows.
